REEMA SULTAN TURKI BIN RUBAIAN
Founder & Inventor of the Rammteck Rammed Earth Building Technique

Reema Sultan Turki Bin Rubaian is the Founder of Rammteck International and the inventor behind the Rammteck Rammed Earth Building Technique. Her work explores how one of the world’s oldest construction methods can be reimagined for contemporary architecture, combining heritage, performance, sustainability, and modern design.
Driven by a deep interest in natural materials and responsible construction, Reema developed the Rammteck Rammed Earth Building Technique to bring rammed earth into a new architectural context. Her approach focuses on creating walls and building solutions that are not only visually distinctive, but also durable, technically considered, and relevant to today’s environmental and construction challenges.
For Reema, rammed earth is more than a material. It is a way of reconnecting architecture with place, climate, craftsmanship, and the natural character of the land. Through Rammteck, she continues to explore how earth-based construction can support contemporary living while preserving a strong sense of identity and authenticity.
Her vision for Rammteck International is to make rammed earth a credible, refined, and adaptable building technique for modern architecture, from private residences and hospitality projects to larger developments and design applications.
